You know on Earth they have something called a vision quest. There's a similar term in ancient Trill mythos, something that translates more like gateway to the mind. We used to believe that beings were made up of spirits, fragments of which would linger in a symbiont. That sort of - quest, gateway - could lead you towards what you need to confront.

I'd be joining you. Telepathically. Which is a little iffy scientifically, but maybe Iris can figure something out.

I have begun exploring alternatives to my goal that do not involve the wormhole technology in Crichton's mind.

Happily enough, the one taking the greatest risk to life and limb would be myself.

This Barge gives me a rare opportunity to test the weaknesses of the Scarran immune system. I have interest in perfecting a biological weapon capable of weakening and killing them, tailored to their specific DNA.

Testing it on myself will be a given, but I cannot be certain whether its effectiveness will be due to my Scarran or Sebacean genetics.

Unless I had a Sebacean that could participate and emerge unharmed.

Who else would you be using to complete this project?
