No, but I can totally bullshit one. See, because the barge moves through space and time, it can pick up people from different worlds at different relative time, and it's exempt from the whole concept itself. So basically, the Admiral does whatever he wants and screw the laws of physics.

It's a style of music. But the phrase 'all that jazz' is from a line in a famous musical, it basically just means 'and stuff like that'.
